Responsibilities

 

• To prepare lessons that follow the 'Read in a Week' programme

• To track each individual child's progress and report back to the parents after each class accordingly

• To build rapport with the parents

• To interact and teach the children (mostly preschool) how to use Phonics in the most effective and creative way possible

• To build up numbers in your class which might possibly mean expansion of classes

 

 

Requirements

 

• No experience needed - as long as candidate is passionate about teaching children and is willing to learn.

• Training and exposure to real-life class situations will be provided.

• If you want flexibility and maximize your days off, this is the job for you.

As a teacher, you will also be given opportunities to expand your class(es) and get in more students which means your salary will increase accordingly. Also, opportunities will be given to earn a 5-day work week type salary by only working 3 - 4 days (depending on class size and number of classes taken).
